Seachtain na Gaeilge was on from March 1st to 17th this year. Teachers used this time as an opportunity to further promote the use of the Irish language and to make it as fun and as enjoyable as possible for the children.

Every class practised and performed a different piece of Gaeilge for the whole school at Assembly on March 14th and it was a huge success.

Junior Infants: An Sicín Beag Buí, Gugalaí Gug agus Is Mise an Traein.

Senior Infants: An Hócaí Pócaí

First Class: Teidí Beag Álainn

Second Class: Micilín Muc agus An Haka Gaelach

Third and Fourth Class: Baibín Siorc.

Fifth and Sixth Class:

Amhrán - Tóg Mo Lámh agus gg seinm "Óró Sé do Bheatha Bhaile" ar an feadóg stáin.
